This article develops a conceptual framework for understanding the AIfication of personality as a socio-cognitive and anthropological process shaped by sustained, recurrent, and functionally significant interaction with artificial intelligence. It examines how AI integration may transform cognition, self-concept, identity, social relationships, value orientation, and personal agency through the delegation, mediation, and augmentation of human functions. The article distinguishes AIfication from AI dependency, cognitive degradation, and human replacement. It proposes a multidimensional model of personality comprising self-identity, thinking, identity, relationships, and individual subjectivity. Seven trajectories of AIfication are analysed, ranging from instrumental AI use, AI as a cognitive outsourcer, AI as a transformer of epistemic agency, AI as an agent of socialization, AI as a psychological coping mechanism, human–AI symbiosis and scenario of AI-substituted agency. Particular attention is given to the ethical and anthropological conditions necessary for preserving human autonomy, responsibility, freedom, and subjectivity. The article concludes by emphasizing the need for interdisciplinary philosophical, psychological, sociological, pedagogical, and ethical research.
